General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

This depends on the type of cleaning we’re hired for, but in most cases, yes. One-time cleanings are quoted flat rate based on factors that go beyond the amount of time a job might take. More frequent cleanings, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly are charged at an agreed upon rate, regardless of how long any particular cleaning takes us to complete. There may be times when we clean your space with more workers, enabling us to complete the job quicker. In these cases, we will charge the same price even though we complete the work faster.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely! The prices we show here on the website are base prices for our most common cleans. We can can only guarantee and accurate quote if we tour your space and have all questions answered while on-site.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. Most of our customers have very specific tastes when it comes to the way they want their homes cleaned and we obviously can’t stock everything.

However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $10 per visit ($15 for move-in/out cleanings).

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We stand by the work of our cleaners and will do whatever is necessary to make it right if you are unsatisfied for any reason at all.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by emailing [email protected], calling us at (774) 549-8544 or contacting us here.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

That’s always our goal. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

Your cleaner will arrive with an invoice to be paid immediately upon completion of the cleaning project.

ARE THERE NAY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning.

  • Living Room / Den / Family RoomsSurfaces hand wiped, cobwebs cleared, doors and door frames spot cleaned, furniture dusted, floors cleaned or vacuumed
  • Kitchen / PantryCountertops disinfected, outside of range hood de-grimed, top and front of range de-grimed, drip pans / glass-top surfaces wiped, sinks cleaned and chrome shined, fronts of all appliances cleaned, furniture dusted, cobwebs cleared, microwave de-grimed, doors and door frames spot-cleaned

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Most times there will only be one cleaner in your home. However, this depends on our daily schedule. We may add additional cleaners at our discretion.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
